The Natural Gourmet Institute's Chef’s Training Program is offered on both a part-time or full-time basis:

The Full-Time program is approximately 4 months: Monday through Thursday 9:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and Fridays 9:15 to 1:15 p.m.

NOW - More Choices for Part Time! We're offering new ways to take our part- time Chef's Training Program. You can choose:

Tuesday Evening/ All-Day Sunday starting March 31, 2009
Monday Evening/ All-Day Sunday starting June 22, 2009

The Part-Time program is approximately 10 months: Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday from 6 to10 pm. Saturdays snd Sundays 9:15am to 6:15pm

Program Start Dates for Spring Summer 2009
Full-time:
March 10, April 21, June 2, July 20

Part-time:
Tuesday/Sunday-March 31
Monday/Sunday-June 22

A "Career Information Open House" is held approximately once a month. Here's our upcoming schedule of Open Houses:

Tuesday, Feb. 10th at 6 pm
Tuesday, Mar. 12th at 6 pm
Wednesday, Apr. 15th at 6 pm
Tuesday, May 12th at 6 pm
