Recreational classes, certificate programs, and Friday Night Dinners will continue through March 2019 at NGI’s Flatiron location. We have a lot of exciting programs scheduled, which are sure to sell out! We look forward to having the NGI community be a part of the final programs on 21st Street.

Prior to completing our Chef’s Training Program, Elyse Kopecky worked as a Digital Marketing Producer in the corporate world. After 10 years, Elyse decided to pursue her passion for cooking and writing about healthy food, and became a professional whole-foods chef. She is currently working on a cookbook, Run Fast Eat Slow, with friend Shalane Flanagan, an Olympic medalist. The aim of the book is to encourage athletes to indulge in whole foods to train, feel and look better, and to help overcome a wide range of ailments.
