The Vegan Roadie has been featured in VegNews and Vegan Lifestyle magazine and can easily be summarized as the plant based version of Food Networks Diners, Drive In’s and Dives. Dustin has visited over 300 restaurants since 2014 asking the question of “how” to innovative plant based chefs across America. Dustin Harder is an NYC based personal chef and recipe developer. Dustin graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute in 2014 and quickly went on to assist celebrity chef Chloe Coscarelli in developing the menu for her vegan fast casual chain of restaurants, By Chloe. Most recently Dustin has been creating with innovation at Juice Press with over 60 locations in New York and the surrounding area. Dustin served as the executive chef for the premier of the NYC Discovery Channel documentary "Racing Extinction". Currently traveling the country educating at VegFest he is also gearing up to film season three of The Vegan Roadie in Italy in the fall of 2017.
