The Veganuary class is designed to give even the most novices of home cooks a head start in the kitchen as they take a step forward in achieving their personal health and wellness goals. From crafty tricks on creating nut cheese sauces with ease from scratch to simply learning how to chop an onion properly – the basics are covered and students leave class with a new found confidence and enthusiasm towards the food they put on their plates.
The intimidation factor often felt by many students is erased from the classroom setting with an offering of recipes that celebrate foods that are familiar in taste, texture and style. Attendee’s leave with an arsenal of knowledge and recipes to continue their growth on their plant based journey.

Dustin Harder is an author and personal chef as well as the host and creator of the original series, The Vegan Roadie. The Vegan Roadie is the plant-based version of the popular Food Network show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Dustin's new cookbook, The Simply Vegan Cookbook and new season of The Vegan Roadie, "Season 3: Ciao Italia!" will both be released in February of 2018.
