Recreational classes, certificate programs, and Friday Night Dinners will continue through March 2019 at NGI’s Flatiron location. We have a lot of exciting programs scheduled, which are sure to sell out! We look forward to having the NGI community be a part of the final programs on 21st Street.

November Alum Spotlight: Tal Ronnen

Chef Tal Ronnen is one of today’s most celebrated vegan chefs. Having graduated from our Chef’s Training Program in 2004, Tal gained nationwide recognition in 2008, when he was recruited as the chef for Oprah Winfrey’s 21-day vegan cleanse. Since then, he has catered Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi’s wedding, Arianna Huffington’s party at the Democratic National Convention, and the first vegan dinner at the U.S. Senate. His popular Los Angeles restaurant, Crossroads, has been operating for several years, and his newest cookbook of the same name went on sale last month. Check out these recent features about our talented grad!
