New York City offers the world’s best food scene. From unparalleled programming at Natural Gourmet Institute, to incredible restaurants, food festivals, and farmer’s markets, there’s something for all food enthusiasts.
Our exclusive summer programming at Natural Gourmet Institute combines the best of health and nutrition education with practical, hands-on workshops. All of our courses are rooted in founder Dr. Annemarie Colbin’s Seven Principles of Food Selection which state that food should be whole, seasonal, local, traditional, balances, fresh, and delicious.
We’ve curated a selection of our most popular programs to build a series of immersion programs: Food as Medicine, Food Therapy, and From Farm to Table. Each one focuses on a specific area of food, health, and sustainability. All classes are available a la carte at their original prices.
To help you make the most of your time in New York City, we’ve put together an exciting list of things to do and see, and places to eat and drink. These include iconic eateries, can’t-miss activities, and the best views of New York City. Class attendees will also receive discounts to partner stores, studios, and restaurants.
