Public Class Cancellation Policy

Natural Gourmet Institute reserves the right to cancel an event or class due to low enrollment or other circumstances that would make the event or class non-viable. Participants will be notified via email and will receive a full refund.

  • For multi-day or full-day events or classes, Natural Gourmet Institute may cancel the event or class up to five days in advance of the start date.
  • For single-session events or classes, Natural Gourmet Institute may cancel the event or class up to three days in advance.

Students traveling to NGI from outside the New York metropolitan area should confirm their class registration(s) before finalizing travel arrangements.

STUDENT CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For single-session events or classes, students cancelling up to 48 hours before the start time are eligible for a refund (less a 10% processing fee). All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee, up to $50 per class per person.
  • For multi-day or full-day events or classes, students cancelling up to 7 days before the start date are eligible for a refund (less a 10% processing fee). For example, if a class begins on a Monday, cancellations will be accepted until 12:01 a.m. the Monday before the class start date. All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee, up to $50 per class per person.

All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@nginyc.com.

Cancelling after the cut off, withdrawing, or failing to attend results in forfeiting the full amount of the class or event fee. Students may send someone else to participate in the event or receive materials.
